The Personnel Commissioners Association of Southern California (PCASC) is pleased to be able to provide two scholarships to the California School Personnel Commissioners Association (CSPCA) Merit Academy in the amount of $500 each. The 2016 Merit Academy will be held at: Walnut Valley USD. The dates are January 9, February 6, March 19, April 16 and May 21, 2016. In order to apply for this scholarship it is necessary to complete an application packet. Included in the packet, in addition to the application, is a Financial Need Statement. The application and Financial Need Statement must be completed in full and returned, along with a letter of recommendation from the applicant’s current employer, to PCASC in care of the committee member listed below. Each applicant will be evaluated on how well they meet the following criteria:
The Scholarship Review Committee will review application materials and inform each applicant whether or not they have been selected to receive the PCASC scholarship.
